Explore all the senses in a guided bosque hike based on the concept of Shinrin-yoku.

FlyerExplore all your senses in this guided bosque hike based on the concept of Shinrin-yoku. Shinrin-yoku is a term that means "taking in the forest atmosphere" or "forest bathing." It was developed in Japan during the 1980s and has become a staple of preventive healing in Japanese medicine. (from www.shinrin-yoku.org)  There will also be an herbal tea making session with local plants. Space is limited. Please call 897-8831 to register.
