Learn about FDA food code guidelines for food safety and sanitation. Registration required.
The course introduces FDA Food Code guidelines for food safety and sanitation. Emphasis is on identification and controlling biological, chemical and physical hazards within the operation. Attendees who successfully complete the course and pass the exam will receive a certification from NRA Solutions which is nationally recognized and valid for 5 years. The 8-hour course (including a lunch break) will utilize the ServSafe Manager Book and approved videos.
This course is to certify entry level non-management employees in the food/ hospitality industry.
