Sakyong Mipham is one of Tibet's highest and most respected spiritual leaders. In his newest book, The Lost Art of Good Conversation, the Sakyong offers simple and practical advice to help us listen and speak more mindfully through the superficiality of cell phones, computers and social media that contribute to the distance created between ourselves and others. He offers us a tool in the Shambhala culture of creating a more enlightened society.
