Join Joliesse Chocolates at its chocolate lounge in the North Valley of Albuquerque for  an evening of chocolate bar making!

Attend our workshop to learn how to make your own chocolate bars. Got a hankering for a dark chocolate raspberry pecan bar? A mango coconut bar? Now you can make it yourself! Start with a mini-chocolate tasting and learn the importance of well-tempered chocolate to finished bars. Make some bars yourself using all-natural ingredients and fine french chocolate!

We will provide all necessary implements for your use during the event. All you need to do is bring yourself. Price is per person.

Perfect for a truly unique date or special event celebration, the chocolate bar workshop is limited to twelve (12) participants due to size constraints. Reservations are required. No refunds after 24 hours prior to the event.
