  The New Mexico Territory attracted a colorful medley of characters who created our history. The Albuquerque Historical Society offers a FREE 2-Hour Walking Tour every Saturday morning at 10AM. Your guide will share stories about our very diverse settlers who created New Town Albuquerque.

   Meet the guide at 1st and Central by The Century Theater. You will walk from 1st St to 8th St, stepping inside historical buildings on the way. NO PETS Reservations are not required, except for groups over 5 people or if you would like to schedule a tour on a day other than Saturday. On-street parking meters are not monitored on Saturdays.
