10th Annual Women In Technology Celebration

It’s Called a Motherboard, After All

International Women’s Day is Thursday, March 8, which makes that a very good day to celebrate the accomplishments of women. At Sandia Resort & Casino from 7:30-11:30am, you can do just that at the New Mexico Technology Council’s 10th Annual Women in Technology Celebration. Enjoy a keynote lecture from Karen McKinnon, Ph.D, an Applied Scientist at Descartes Lab who spent her academic career studying climate change. The NMTC awards a scholarship to one of its members at this event, and girls studying technology at the high school level are honored as well. Tickets are $59 for members, $79 for non-members. Breakfast is included in your ticket price.
