Celebrate the artist, choreographer, performer and teacher who devoted over thirty years to the preservation and teaching of traditional Mexican folklore in N.M.

Ballet Folklorico Fiesta Mexicana was founded early in 2011 as an artistic tribute to the late Maestro Miguel Caro Zaragoza. He was an artist, choreographer, performer and teacher who devoted over thirty years to the preservation and teaching of traditional Mexican Folklore in New Mexico. He was known for teaching generations of students traditional Mexican folk dancing at the University of New Mexico, various APS schools, and in his own dance troupe. In 1978, he created "Fiesta Mexicana," his dance company. Today, the group is dedicated to carrying on the work through performance and education, sharing with people of all ages the beauty of diverse genres of Mexican Folklore through dance and music. His students are presenting "A Tribute to Miguel Caro" through dances originally taught by their Maestro.General Admission Adult - $10 Student - $7 Senior - $5 Child - $5
