February brings a chill in the air and the warm celebration of St. Valentine. There is no better way to celebrate than with the classic cuisine of France. Come be steeped in the culinary tradition of the heart. Chop, Dice, and Peel your way to this romantic meal.  

Menu: Carpaccio Red Beets with Goat Cheese, Nasturtiums, Arugula and Pomegranate Vinaigrette Bouillabaisse-Fresh Sea Food, Herbs, Tomatoes, Garlic and Crusty Baguette Potato Truffle Mushroom Galette with Roasted Asparagus Dark Chocolate Three Ways

Chef Elizabeth Gallery has studied in kitchens for 17 years, and we are excited to have her return to Los Poblanos.  She is current a practitioner and student of Ayurveda, herbal therapies and traditional cookery.
