Learn all about pairing chocolate with wine and berries.

Join us from 6:30-8PM for a night of learning all about pairing chocolate with wine - just in time to impress that date on Valentine's Day.  For $45 a person, you will start out with a complimentary glass of champagne while you learn to dip and decor delicious strawberries.  We will then pair two of Joliesse's decadent truffles each with three different tastings of wine, learning how the chocolate compliments the wine and vice-versa.  While we taste, you'll learn about the different types of wine and the proper way to evaluate a bottle in a restaurant and receive service (hint: smelling the cork doesn't do anything!) looking like a professional wine connoisseur.   The wine is all complimentary and sponsored by local wineries.
