These yoga classes will focus on improving our overall physical health, flexibility and mental awareness. Asanas will be coordinated with the breath, and alignment with a wide variety of poses appropriate for all levels of students, yet challenging for the experienced. Intermediate is at 5:30pm and Vinyasa Flow is at 6:45pm
