Power Yoga Flow
Practice warming, vinyasa-style exercises to build internal heat.
This class will begin with a brief meditation to help bring the awareness inward. Then, we will practice a few warming, vinyasa-style exercises to build internal heat. The class is themed around 1-2 challenging, peak poses that will build physical and mental strength. After the peak poses, we will cool down with some deep stretching. Finally, we will always end with a relaxing meditation in Savasana.
