Beginner acroyoga worshops for couples or friends.

For the Love of Play is a weekend of beginner acroyoga worshops for couples or friends. Acroyoga is a playful, creative practice that brings people together for laughter, trust, and connection. Both workshops are accessible for all bodies, all genders, and all abilities. Both workshops offer a great way to connect with your partner in a safe, supported environment. You must sign up with a partner or friend.

Saturday's session features acroyoga basics where participants will learn basing, flying, and spotting.

Sunday's session features acroyoga therapeutics where partners will learn Thai massage and partner yoga techniques.
