We will be making three different crêpes, two savory and one sweet, using our very own crêpe batter recipe which we will teach you. Our sweet crêpe will be one that has been made famous among chefs, the “Crêpe Suzette”, an orange-flavored crêpe with a hint of brandy, and as for our two savory crêpes, we will be making two new Joliesse exclusive crêpes: “The Farm & Fork” and the “Pollo Cacciatore”. “The Farm & Fork” is a vegetable-heavy, pork crêpe with a nicely seasoned egg with our in-house sauce on top. The “Pollo Cacciatore” has chicken, mushrooms, sage and a white wine and white vinegar sauce along with more goodness that you can find out about at Joliesse. So come and join the fun at Joliesse!
