Acroyoga is a playful, creative practice that brings people together for fun, trust, and balance. In this class you will learn basing, flying, and spotting techniques. The classes will involve games and partner acroyoga moves and flows with a focus on fundamentals. All classes are accessible to those new to acroyoga. This is a queer and trans* inclusive workshop. This is a weekly class :) The class is $10 per person, and we can take credit cards.

We emphasize consent and bodily autonomy. We approach acro teaching and life with this motto: "Your body, your rules." In doing so, we teach communication skills, we respect when folx say 'no', and we create a culture of consent, play, and challenge by choice. Disrespectful or unsafe behavior is not tolerated.
