Just in time for spring, New Belgium Brewing is releasing their new Mural Agua Fresca Ale, brewed with watermelon, lime, hibiscus and agave. To celebrate the beer release, they’re collaborating with Brixens to craft a four-course pairing dinner that highlights all the flavors of Mural: seafood ceviche with mango and avocado, crispy pork belly in cherry chile sauce and a grilled serrano and hibiscus infused margarita are all involved. The dinner starts at 6:30pm on Thursday, April 5, and tickets are $45 each. Visit to see the full menu and reserve your spot. Also, it goes without saying, but you must be 21+ to attend this event. Join us at Brixens on Thursday, April 5th starting at 6:30pm to present the art of food with a uniquely crafted beer dinner pairing. This event celebrates the launch of New Belgium’s newest innovation Mural Agua Fresca Ale, a collaboration beer made with the Mexican craft brewery, Primus.

The New Belgium Mural Art of Food Beer Dinner at Brixens includes four courses, each paired with a specially crafted Mural Agua Fresca beverage.

Course One: Seafood Ceviche / Sandia con Sal

Seafood Ceviche - Shrimp and Fish Ceviche with Mango and Avocado, Tostada Crisps, Fresh Fried Pork Rinds, Mural Soaked Frozen Watermelon Cubes
