 The Giant Desk Plays is a new work by Taos playwright Ned Dougherty.

Directed by Chelsea Reidy and Rita O'Connell and starring Gina Gargone, William Hall, Wilfred McGuire and Susan Nuss, the production is a series of 7 vignettes staged around a REALLY REALLY BIG desk, a symbol that holds different meanings in each of the acts. The actors weave in and out of each of the seven scenes, taking on fifteen characters across a variety of desk-related existential prepositions (on, around, under, by). The Giant Desk is everything. The Giant Desk is nothing. Maybe you're living near a Giant Desk right now?

 Runtime is approximately 75 minutes.

 Performances are Thursday, May 31, Friday, June 1, Thursday, June 7 and Friday, June 8 at Taos Community Auditorium, 145 Paseo del Pueblo Norte, Taos, NM 87571.
