3 Food Truck Chefs, 3 CSA boxes, one challenge: Who can cook the best local food in one hour? While the chefs are busy cooking, Albuquerque farmers will talk about what community supported agriculture (CSA) is and the programs they offer. Once the hour is up, the food will be judged and samples will be tasted by all.

The competing food trucks are Street Food Institute, Food Karma and My Sweet Basil. Participating CSA farmers are LaCosecha, Chispas Farms and Beneficial Farms. Special guests are Eldora Chocolates and NM School of Natural Therapeutics.

This is a free event, however, donations to Slow Food ABQ are appreciated. Bring water, sunscreen and a picnic blanket. There is no bathroom on site.
