Learn to move the fascia in the shoulder, neck and upper back to relieve tension and stress as well as how to use Chi Kung to relieve certain types of knee pain.

Many people hold daily stress in their shoulders.  Shoulder tension (stress) affects the neck and back, resulting in pain in these areas. This Chi Kung class will demonstrate how to move the fascia in the shoulder, neck, and upper back to relieve tension and stress. Further, the class will address how to use Chi Kung to promote knee health and relieve certain types of knee pain. The students’ body/knee alignments will be observed to identify each person’s optimal stable standing position.  In addition, there will be a discussion on how to promote heart health through movement of the shoulder blades to massage the tissue around the heart.
