An eight-acre maze and scavenger hunt with educational programming by ¡Explora!, introduction to birding tours by the Audobon Society, local food, drinks and more.

Tres Hermanas Farm and the Rio Grande Community Farm present the 20th Annual Maize Maze! Join us for the last two weekends of October on the 140 acre Los Poblanos Open Space. There will be an 8-acre maze, scavenger hunt, educational programming by Explora!, introduction to birding tours by the Audobon Society, local food, drink, and more. This event will benefit two amazing organizations working to support Albuquerque's local food system:

Tres Hermanas Farm works with the refugee population, empowering New Americans by connecting them with space to grow food for themselves, their families, and for markets. 

Rio Grande Community Farm supports wildlife habitat, education for the public about sustainable agriculture, and hosts a vibrant community garden which provides space for Tres Hermanas Farm.
