This month we celebrate the beauty and refinement of Ming Franz’s award-winning Chinese ink paintings through ancient songs performed by Tom Berkes on the shamisen, the classical three-stringed instrument of Japan. The program takes place Thursday, August 2, at 6:00 p.m., in the Loma Colorado Main Library Auditorium.
