Live Embodied: A Weekend of Movement, Balance, Connection, and Joy!
(INCLUDES Master Zumba Class + meditation Friday, August 10th, 7-8:30pm)
How do we live a life that is both dynamic and restful? That honors both movement and stillness? We are so busy in our culture that it is difficult for many of us to create this balance in our lives. During this 3 day "Live Embodied" Weekend, we will come home to our bodies and experience how to be fully present, alive, and connected to ourselves and others in a way that feels nourishing, centered, and joyful.
Activities will include: Zumba, Embodied Stretching & Movement, Meditation, Healthy Eating & Lifestyle Support, Multi-cultural dance instruction, Embodied Connection Exercises, Creative Art Expression, Self-care activities, Wisdom Circles
