The first-ever New Mexico Leadership Summit hosted by Central New Mexico Community College (CNM) and Oasis Albuquerque provides an opportunity for leaders to take a step back, refresh their perspectives, and be inspired.
The New Mexico Leadership Summit is an all-day event, Friday August 17, 2018, at Smith-Brasher Hall on CNM's main campus, featuring local and national speakers. Speakers include:
Linda Alvarado - NM native and co-owner of the Colorado Rockies; CEO and President of Alvarado Construction
Dr. Marcus "Goodie" Goodloe - former UNM football player; mentor to athletes, entertainers, educators, faith communities and business professionals
Drew Dudley - founder of Day One Leadership; Dudley's TED Talk is one of the 15 most inspirational TED talks of all time.
Dr. Garnett Stokes - UNM President
Randy Mascorella - Executive Director of Special Olympics New Mexico
Michelle DuVal - The Mindful Center owner and founder
Dr. Katharine Winograd - CNM President
Buffet lunch provided by Old Town Catering; live music during lunch provided by Hillary Smith and Chillhouse
