Little ones learn and explore yoga through activities, art, music, movement and more. Each class  provides a different theme, offering a new and fun experience.

Join us for a fun, energized and focused yoga class for kids! This class will help kids learn and explore yoga through activities, art, music, movement and more! Little yogi's will learn mindfulness breathing, meditation practices and yoga postures in a safe and kid-friendly atmosphere. Each class will provide a different theme, offering a new and fun experience each time. Ages 4-9 welcome. $45 for all 6 classes.
