Chef Andrea will teach the basics of artisan bread making. The 10 steps of bread making will be covered along with key steps for success making breads at home. We will be making French Baguetts, Ciabatta and Handmade Pizzas.
Instructor: Andrea Schulte
Andrea has been a chef for 18 years. She studied Baking & Pastry Arts as well as Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University and has much experience in the industry from hotels and restorts to managing bakeries at Whole Foods Market to owning New Mexico Pie Company for over 5 years. She now teaches full- time at CNM.
