Review the eight limbs of yoga, then dive deep into the first two limbs to further explore the ethical practice of yoga. Movement and poses are included to explore these ethics in the body.

The practice of yoga is a journey towards a more purposeful, peaceful life.  In this workshop we will review the 8 limbs of yoga, as described by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras.  Then we will dive deep into the first two limbs, the yamas and niyamas, to further explore the ethical practice of yoga.  Movement and poses will be included to explore these ethics in the body.  Time for reflection and journaling included.
