Enjoy interactive exhibits with ¡Explora!, Sandia National Laboratories and more.

The Albuquerque Astronomical Society (TAAS) and the Open Space Visitor Center/City of Albuquerque host a day of science explorations of astronomical proportions! This event features presentations, exhibits, demonstrations, telescopes, a portable planetarium and finishes with a large star party on the back patio!  From 1-5 enjoy interactive exhibits with Explora! Science Center, Sandia National Laboratories, the Albuquerque Astronomical Society (TAAS), and more!  From 6 -9, on the patio, enjoy star and planet observations with telescopes from the Albuquerque Astronomical Society AND constellation tours of the heavens.  At 7:00pm there will be a presentation, "Fab 50 - Learning the Autumn Sky," by Phil Fleming.  Neil deGrasse Tyson’s Cosmos will run continuously in the Media Room
