A six-week course to enhance athletic performance, prevent injuries and increase flexibility.
Yoga for Athletes is a 6 week course to help you with your sport by enhancing athletic performance, preventing injuries and increasing flexibility. Cross train with yoga! All levels welcome.
Tuesdays 6-7 pm starting January 15th and ending Feb 19th
$45 for the 6-week course or $10 drop-in as space allows.(Please arrive 10 minutes before class the first day you attend)
Cash or Check only, payable to the instructor on the first day of class.
