N.M.’s Least Understood Export: Conrad Hilton

Mark Young (Ph.D. University of Texas at Austin) is an archivist, historian, and Professor of Practice at the University of Houston. Professor Young has more than 15 years of experience as an archivist and historian, including positions at the Lyndon Baines Johnson Presidential Library and the Dolph Briscoe Center at The University of Texas at Austin. He taught history at McKendree University and served as the college archivist. In 2008 he joined the University of Houston’s Hilton College faculty as archivist and historian.
