Jeremy Thomas and Sharon Bartel Clements

CCA Santa Fe presents two new exhibitions this spring. Jeremy Thomas showcases his dynamic, inflated metal sculptures and an aesthetically contrasting series of Wind Drawings in his exhibition, Unintended Consequences. Thomas uses the surprising results of his process to juxtapose contrasting organic and industrial forms, colors, and expectations. Meanwhile, in the intimate spector ripps project space, Sharon Bartel Clements presents her Warrior Women Torso Project - a series of 31 plaster casts made from 31 different women, each evoking their stories, resilience, and courage. Bartel Clements created this body of work after witnessing the Terracotta Warriors and Horsesin Xi’an, China.
