Who says the Southwest doesn’t know how to do Mardi Gras? There may not be any floats, but Pueblo Harvest at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center has got a Fat Tuesday celebration dinner you won’t want to miss. On Tuesday, March 5 their chefs are preparing a multi-course whiskey and bourbon pairing dinner fit for a king. Don’t know how well whiskey goes with New Mexican food? Come find out!
