TwoLips is the musical brainchild of Kianah Jay. Born to a Native American mother and Black father, Jay stands out as a multi-cultural multi-disciplinary artist with a finger on the pulse of fringe culture. With influences like Sade, Earth, Wind, & Fire, and Aaliyah, Jay's addictive voice Dannie's through electro-funk beats with the mystic nature of her indigenous ancestors. Raised in New Mexico (currently based in Los Angeles), Jay's fascination with the desert continues to influence her art in all forms. Following the release of her debut EP "Yellow Gold" (prod. by Josh Reinhardt), Jay has connected with audiences in Southern California, France, Germany, and Poland areas, earning her features in NYLON, Subvrt, The Washington Post, Voyage, and Mount Analogue.

Jay's distinct aesthetic and dance style can be seen in music videos, most recently for G-Eazy and Logic. Fresh off the release of her new single and music video "Slow Sex", Jay is thrilled to bring her music back to Albuquerque since moving to LA in 2015. With two new EP's on the way (PSYCHOWAVE VI & VII), fans have much to look forward to in 2019. Nuevo Mexico Por Vida!!
