The Science of Biodiversity: An Open-Collections Event at the Museum of Southwestern Biology.

The MSB is a set of biodiversity collections that are actively growing and heavily used for scientific research. They are rarely opened for visitors, so please consider taking advantage of this opportunity to see the science and curation that has been occurring behind the scenes. 

This event will show off many of our newest and our most valuable specimens of animals and plants, with interpretation provided by UNM students. Our most exciting ongoing scientific studies will be featured and explained. Students will share their newest scientific findings along with the specimens that support those findings.
