This 2-hour multi-media, interactive workshop will explore the science behind the art of yoga. This fun and educational experience explores the mind/body connection. Through easy poses, workshop attendees will learn simple yet effective ways to relieve stress and develop greater sensitivity.
Robert John Malone is founder of SacredSoundServices.com and is a Certified audio engineer, registered yoga instructor & nationally recognized music producer. He travels the United States teaching workshops on the science behind sound and the benefits of acoustic sounds within meditation.
