Mixed-media artist Paulina Lopez creates her art using a bevy of processes and materials, including but not limited to spray paint, hot glue, glitter, photography, and pyrography (wood-burning).

A native of Belen, New Mexico, Paulina was first introduced to wood-burning in middle school. She rekindled her love of the craft as a young adult, and has since been working to master the techniques of tonality and dimension - skills that allow her to create larger, more detailed pieces.

Paulina's paintings and wood-burning will be shown at Strangeflock through the month of April. Please stop by the opening reception on First Friday, April 5th - meet the artist and pick out that special piece you just can't live without. It's the perfect season for a stroll!

Gallery hours: First Friday - 5:30-8:30, Wednesdays - 5:30-9:00, Saturdays & Sundays -12:00-4:00, and by appt.
