Yang Flow Yoga with Roberta
Roberta teaches both traditional and new flows from the Daoist (Yin) tradition that build stamina, concentration and grace.
In this hour-long, monthly class you will learn and practice Yang flows originally developed within the Daoist/Yin Yoga traditions. All flows are repeated in a series to achieve a meditation-in-motion quality (think vigorous Tai Chi!). Join us and flow with grace, stamina, balance, and mental focus. Psst--its also loads of fun!
