Yoga Basics
A perfect class for absolute beginners and those looking to refine their flow to include the postures of a basic sun salutation, beginner breathing exercises and savasana.
Monday Evenings 6 to 7 pm, April 29th to June 3rd Breathwork, sun salutations, relaxation. Stephanie will guide you through the postures of a basic sun salutation, beginner breathing exercises, and savasana. Other basic yoga postures will also be covered, building slowly each week to ensure correct alignment and modifications for each person. A perfect class for absolute beginners and those looking to refine their flow! $45 for the 6-week course or $10 drop-in as space allows. (Please arrive 10 minutes before class the first day you attend) Cash or Check only, payable the first day to the instructor.
