Through his art, Ian Hucke explores humanity. He appreciates and celebrates the diversity of people and believes a person's face is the window into their soul. People Watching is Hucke's attempt to bring to life what many do as they observe another—wonder about that person's life. The subject of each portrait is a real person, but the biographical vignette is what the artist imagines about their story.
