Going Full Tilt

It seems inconceivable that someone could still see windmills as something they are clearly not, ascribe to them magical attributes and believe that it is their righteous, God-approved duty to rid them from the Earth, but more than 400 years later Don Quixote de la Mancha still holds up. Join Instituto Cervantes Albuquerque as they celebrate Miguel de Cervantes and his classic work during Semana Cervantina from April 23 through April 27. Festivities begin with a lecture titled "Spain and the Independence of the United States" by historian Tom Chavez on Tuesday, April 23 at 7pm at the National Hispanic Cultural Center (1701 4th St SW). This event is free and open to the public. For more information see
