Route 66 Summerfest 2019
The Fest Is the Best

On Saturday, July 20 from 5pm and continuing until 10pm, head on down to the heart of Nob Hill (Central between Girard and Washington) for this year's Route 66 Summerfest. This city-sponsored cultural extravaganza is free, family-friendly and includes the annual Old Route 66 Car Show, the Mother Road Art Market, a kids' zone, food trucks—and of course live entertainment. This year's lineup of musicians is totally rocking and features three killer performance stages: The main stage at Central and Girard features sets by Mondo Vibrations, Red Light Cameras and Nosotros supporting headlining Cali folk-rockers Magic Giant. There's also a NM Jazz Festival and Stage at the Nob Hill Shopping Center where you can groove with artists like Paul Gonzales, George Schuller's Circle Wide Quintet and the Albuquerque Jazz Orchestra featuring Hillary Smith. At Central and Graceland, boogie with bluesy and spicy musicians like Levi Platero, Isaac Aragon, The Noms and Picoso. See you there, Burqueños! (August March)
Come out for the mother road art market, kids' zone, food trucks and four stages across a mile stretch of Route 66 and closing with a performance by Magic Giant on the main stage.
This free event features fun for the whole family including the Old Route 66 Car Show, Mother Road Art Market, Kids Zone & Youth Central, food trucks and live entertainment in Nob Hill on Central Ave. from Girard Blvd. to Washington St. Local acts will impress audiences on four stages across a mile stretch of Route 66. This Summerfest will close with a performance by national headliner, indi-folk band, Magic Giant on the main stage all under the summer sky.
