While some folks were getting their first real six-string, others starting kicking the crap out of the crooked cops who kept raiding their bar in lower Manhattan. Back in the summer of ’69, the Stonewall Inn riots marked a turning point in the gay pride movement that is celebrated in story and song at the New Mexico Gay Men's Chorus Stonewall Summer of '69 Pride Concert on Friday, June 14 at Hiland Theater at 7:30pm.
