: Join Stephanie Zuni as she molds lumps of clay into a variety of functional pieces such as bowls and jars, and decorative pieces such as miniature hot air balloons. Stephanie began her pottery making as a young child, learning from her mother how to collect clay, prepare it, then carefully work with it to create a variety of beautiful pieces.

Stephanie will set up on the visitor center patio, weather permitting, and will demonstrate the technique of traditional, hand-shaped pottery before your eyes.

This demonstration is open to the public and free to attend. This demonstration is possible by support from Western National Parks Association (WNPA).
