PhotoWildEarth Guardians Wild Rivers Program and Rio Grande Waterkeeper are hosting a new Patagonia feature film called Artifishal.

“Artifishal is a film about people, rivers, and the fight for the future of wild fish and the environment that supports them. It explores wild salmon’s slide toward extinction, threats posed by fish hatcheries and fish farms, and our continued loss of faith in nature.” -Patagonia

The film has an earnest and honest storyline capturing how good intentions have had grave consequences for rivers. “This story has played out all across the United States and the world, and New Mexico is no exception,” says Galen Hecht, Rio Grande Campaigner with WildEarth Guardians. Hecht will host a short discussion and Q&A about how to bring our rivers back to life. Come join in the movement for living rivers. Suggested donation of $20 at the door.

Doors open at 12:45PM, film starts at 1PM. 83 minutes. Trailer here: https://www.patagonia.com/artifishal.html
