It’s hard to describe the combo of chicken and waffles to the uninitiated. In some parts of this country, you can find yourself eating this pairing long before you can walk. Sadly, in others, you may die of old age without having ever heard of, let alone tried, this Southern specialty. Fortunately, Frank’s Chicken and Waffles has been keeping Burqueños fed this way for the last few years and has now moved into a new, much larger location.
