Hear about the history of the cuisine, chile health and cooking tips and taste samples of taditional dishes. Registration required.
This demonstration class performed by Jane Butel will feature New Mexican Favorite Traditional Foods. She will review the history of our cuisine, chile health and cooking tips and the history of Sopaipillas and Bizcochitos. The menu is as follows: Guacamole with Tostados, Posole Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas, New Mexico Style, Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas, Sopaipillas, and Bizcochitos. There will be samples of the food provided, (Attendees may chose to consume at their own discretion.) This event is for 18+. Registration is required and begins August 1 at 10:00 am.
