What is it about the brain that causes the experience of addiction and what is driving today’s epidemic of addictions? Join us for this thought-provoking presentation by a neuroscientist who is also in long-term addiction recovery.  Dr. Grisel’s book, “Never Enough” will be available for purchase and signing. 

                                                                                                                                          Dr. Grisel is a behavioral neuroscientist with expertise in pharmacology and genetics whose research focuses on determining root causes of drug addiction. 

 

Cost: $8 nonmembers, $7 members, $5 students. Preregistration is encouraged or tickets can be purchased at the door the evening of the event (if seats are available). Go to www.NMnaturalhistory.org.

Museum exhibits are closed after 5pm. Lecture ticket does not include Museum admission.
