August 10th - Jeane Rich & Mixed Company
Jeane Rich & Mixed Company's music has been delighting and uniting people of all ages and backgrounds for over 44 years. Playing music from country to salsa, blues to rancheras, soul to silly, and ballads to rock and roll.

Jeane’s Bio:
With a smile as bright as the Southwestern sun, Jeane Rich builds instant rapport with audiences. Playing keyboard and guitar, he shares heartwarming experiences, evoking laughter, sweet tears of nostalgia, and immeasurable good feelings. At age three, Jeane started singing for ice cream, entertaining family and friends. By age seven, she was hired to sing for the Amarillo, Texas show, “The Panhandle Barn Dance,” with Al Rogers. She’s been singing ever since, throughout the Southwest, up the West coast, and into Canada.
As an artist, Jeane interprets the heart and soul of the songwriter. She feels blessed to have been bestowed a gift that evokes emotion, stirs memories, and inspires audiences to sing, dance and share their joy.

Bio for Louie & Georgia Guenther with Mixed Company:
In 1962 Wesley Floyd and Lester (Lafe) Popejoy gave Louie his first guitar while attending NMSU. He has spent the next 57 years trying to wrestle the thing to the ground. Thank you so much Wesley & Lafe. Louie & Georgia have played music together for over 55 years. In 1964 their first performance was playing on a flat bed trailer for Bruce King’s Political career in New Mexico at the city park in Moriarty, NM. After they were married on 11-27-1965 Louie continued to play guitar and Georgia was busy raising 2 wonderful children: L.T. Guenther III, and Betty Lou (Guenther) VanDemark.
Louie first played with Lee Kirchmier, Joe Maese Jr., Tony Jaramillo and Jim Latter as The Prisoners, then with Jeane Rich & Friends. In 1982 Georgia started playing Bass guitar with Louie & Jeane Rich. In 1991 Louie & Georgia started playing as 3 Men & A Lady with Jim Frost as Drummer and Jim Rathbun as rhythm guitar. Then changed the name to Mixed Company, as a trio with: Louie, Georgia and Jeane Rich.

** Jeane Rich & Mixed Company play every Friday evening from 6:30 to 8:30 at Chili Hills in Moriarity, NM and the first Tuesday and last Tuesday of the month at Sopa’s in Bosque Farms from 5:30 to 7:30 with an array of other musicians.
