Stephanie Hansen is a RYT-500 and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist. Stephanie has a Masters of Science in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. In yoga and Ayurveda, she studies under the mentorship of Maria Garre and the New Mexico School of Yoga, where she is also the Operations Director. She has also studied with Integrative Yoga Therapy, under the guidance of Lori Smith and Serena Arora. She is a former Naval officer and engineer, and now lives in Albuquerque with her husband, 2 kids, 2 dogs, and 2 cats.
