A weekend of divine female empowerment and sacred gathering led by Maria Garre.

We begin our weekend with chant, lunar meditative movement and inner seed planting. on Friday night.

 Saturday and Sunday morning offer meditation and chanting followed by embodied Shakti Prana Flow and awakenign ritual space. We will enjoy time together to make face masks and scrubs to poetic readings and energetic practices.

Our weekend time together will offer:

– learn and prepare for Navratri the 9-day Goddess Festival in October

– celebrate female artists as source of inspiration and reflection

– nourish your body and mind through the wisdom of Ayurveda specific for women

– ritual practices for women for inner and outer radiance 

– move through blocks, limitations and stories of Self that deplete your light
