Jay Sherry gives a presentation on Carl Jung.


Jay Sherry grew up in Ohio. He graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in foreign service; while there he discovered the work of Carl Jung and decided to study psychology. He holds an M.A. from the Graduate Faculty of the New School for Social Research (New York) and a Ph.D. from the Freie Universität Berlin. He is an educator and an independent historian of psychoanalysis who has lectured widely and is the author of Carl Gustav Jung, Avant-Garde Conservative(Palgrave Macmillan, 2010) and The Jungian Strand in Transatlantic Modernism (Palgrave Macmillan, 2018).
