The dark times are upon us again. Local comics collective 7000 BC is looking for sequential art scribes of tough constitution to celebrate the 16th annual 24-Hour Comics Day. Gruel away on Oct. 5 through 6 from noon to noon, to complete a 24-page comic in 24 consecutive hours. This assessment of intestinal fortitude is free and open to masochists of all ages. Bring your pens, pencils and a total disregard for your personal health to Lobo Anime & Comics this Saturday and Sunday. That's a good True Believer. (Joshua Lee)
